DRIFT PACKAGE
MR-4TC SD CM CHASSIS with Nissan S15 Silvia STREET VERSION
What is drifting? Imagine entering a tight corner at a speed normally reserved for
cursing only on freeways. As the vehicle loses it's ability to adhere to the ground, you flick the steering wheel, sliding the tail out. Smoothly applying throttle and
counter steer, your vehicle tightly clips the apex of the corner in a controlled sliding motion, while maintaining speed throughout the corner for a fast exit to the next corner. While almost impossible to perform by most drivers, experienced "drift" experts can slide highly modified cars with high horsepower engines and aggressive aero packages around almost any corner in a controlled fashion. In Japan, this display of controlled tail sliding had originated as a dangerous street sport, gradually
evolving into a competitive sport held only on special tracks. While "drift" competitions are rare outside of Japan, it is rapidly gaining exposure and popularity.
Our new "Drift Package" has captured the essence of "drifting" in a radio controlled model that can be easily and
safely enjoyed. All of the essential features of a "drift" car, from the aggressively styled body kits to the polished exhaust mufflers were scaled down and produced in model form.
Palent pending Super Drift Tires were developed to provide superior drift performance, and mated to our championship winning chassis that can easily e converted to road race trim with a set of racing tires.
The highly detailed AF86 Street Version body comes with a standard rear spoiler, and two GT wing types (with adjustable wing angles). Aero mirrors and mufflers are also included to complete the true "drift" look.
Two aggressively styled GT wings includes. 3D and double wing types offered as choices. Both wings feature adjustable wing angles.
Detailed accessory parts including front and rear brake discs,
caliper, aero mirrors, and wipers are included for added scale realism.
Specially developed Super Drift Tires (Patent Pending). Obtain the optimum drift setting by adjusting tire grip levels by changing camber angles and drift rings. 6-spoke chrome metallic wheels included. (Optional 10-spoke mesh chrome metalloc wheels also available.)
¡@ Based off the JMRCA National Championship winning MR-4TC SD chassis, the superior handling characteristics of this newly developed chassis allows for superior drift performance.
